Dr. Young Choon Jung is a board-certified plastic surgeon and President of HERSHE Plastic Surgery. He graduated from Yonsei University Medical School, where he later served as a Professor of Plastic Surgery, and is the 31st Vice Chairman of Yonsei University's Alumni Association (2023–2026). He is a member of the Korean Society of Plastic Surgeons, a full member of the Korea Cosmetic Surgery Society, a member of the Korean Society of Ocular Surgery, and a full member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). He directs the IPSTC Seoul Center at the International Institute for Cosmetic Research and Development and is a former President of the International Society for Minimally Invasive Plastic Surgery (MIPS).
