K-Med does not guarantee acceptance by any provider, treatment suitability, medical results, appointment availability, or final pricing. Any estimate is general and non-binding; final pricing is determined by the provider after consultation.

Concierge service fees are quoted individually and provided in writing before any payment. Payment is due when you approve the written proposal, before paid coordination work begins.

Cancellation terms, deposit terms, refund conditions, and refund processing timelines are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the written proposal you accept. K-Med Aesthetics does not apply fixed cancellation deadlines or standard late-cancellation fees unless expressly included in your written proposal.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including relevant health history, to K-Med and to your providers.

International travel and medical treatment abroad involve risks. You are responsible for your passport, visa and entry requirements, travel insurance, personal health decisions, and compliance with local laws. We encourage you to discuss travel and recovery timing with your provider and your U.S. physician.
